Today is your last chance to turn things in.  We'll also go over the second half of the practice exam from last week.

If you are one of the four who did not take the practice multiple choice test last week, you will do that today.  Go to Mrs. Kirchner's room.

There is a practice final exam up on eClass now.  The questions are someone randomized - just like the test will be.

In case you didn't get a letter about AP tests, see attached.

Today I'll come around and make sure you know what you're missing.  Later this week we'll go over that Multiple Guess practice exam you took on Friday.

Many of you still need to show me the Pixel lab.

Today you'll take a practice multiple choice test.  It counts as a daily grade.

Some people are having issues with the Free Response 2016 questions Lab.
1)  Make sure to include the Square.java file.  Even though you won't make any changes to it this file is required for the whole thing to work
2)  Put all .java files in a .zip file.  Don't put all .java files in a folder in a .zip file.

I'll be coming around today to see what you've done on the pixel lab.

Many of you have missing labs you can still turn in, but not for much longer.  Some recent labs that you've turned in may have had compile issues.  If you think you did everything right, but still got a zero, check your file names and that you are turning in all the files needed.

I've finished grading the last Free Response question you did.  We don't have time to do this one as a lab, but I'm going to post the files I made anyways, in case you want to practice.  Expect at least one more of these.  Probably Friday.  As stated previously, your highest Free Response grade will replace the other two.

Last, here is another practice resource for the AP Computer Science Exam.

I'll start looking at what you have from the pixel lab today.  Still working on grading those practice exams.  We'll look at doing a practice Multiple choice exam this week as well.

22 MAR: Today we'll take another Free Response Test.  I'll grade it while I'm gone and so we can go over after Spring Break

24 Mar:  If you were absent or for whatever reason didn't do the free response test on Tuesday, you'll take it today.

Start on the attached Pixel lab.  You'll use what you know about 2d Arrays to manipulate images.  This will serve as your performance exam grade, similar to how we did the magpie lay last semester.  Skip part 4.  You should be able to finish through part 7 before the break.  If you find yourself with extra time and you're caught up on everything else, try parts 8 and 9 as well.

27 & 28 MAR: Continue working on the Pixel lab.  You may also have several other assignments you need to finish from the year.

I'm not going to pile on anything new today.  Most of you have labs you still need to finish so just spend today working on that.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT LATE WORK:
All late work for the SEMESTER must be turned in by 19 APR.  Anything turned in on 20-21 APR might be graded, but I cannot promise anything.  Anything turned in after April 21 may not be accepted.

We'll spend the first half of class reviewing for the test.  Then we'll take the test.

Next week we'll be taking the second AP Free Response practice question.
